Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing to support Paws & Purrs Welfare Trust and our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and care for animals in need.

As we are a charitable organization, donations made to the Trust are used immediately to fund ongoing animal welfare projects. Therefore, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a donation has been successfully processed.

However, if you believe that your donation was made in error or you experience any technical issue while donating, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and, if appropriate, initiate a refund.

Include your full name, contact details, transaction date, amount, and the reason for the refund request.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
